How Can You Review, Update, or Delete the Data We Collect from

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us
when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or
our Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or
when you contact us. The personal information we collect may include
the following: Names Phone numbers Email addresses Job titles and
professional information (when provided in a business context)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive personal
information. Google API. Our use of information received from Google
APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. All personal information
that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you
must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to deliver services, respond to
inquiries, send administrative/marketing info, evaluate and improve
our Services, identify usage trends, ensure security, and comply
with legal obligations.

We process your personal information only when we believe it is
necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do

Processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to

necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a
longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as
tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We will not retain
your personal information for longer than twenty-four (24) months
past the start of the idle period of your account. When we have no
ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is
not immediately possible (for example, because your information has
been stored in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate
it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and
organizational security measures designed to protect your personal
information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet
or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals,
or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our
security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your
information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal
information, transmission of personal information to and from our
Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services
within a secure environment.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to
children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent
that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or

your consent to process your personal information, you have the
right to withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from our
marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” or
“UNSUBSCRIBE” to our messages, or by contacting us directly.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing Do-Not-Track ("DNT") signals has been finalized. As
such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a
standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Notice
accordingly.
11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Residents of certain US states may have the right to know whether we
are processing personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies,
request deletion, or opt out of targeted advertising. In the past 12
months, we have collected "Professional information" (Category I)
and "Inferences" (Category K). We do not collect other categories
like biometrics or geolocation data. We retain Category I and K data

12. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
Yes, we will update this Notice as necessary to stay compliant with
relevant laws. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time.
The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top
of this Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you
either by posting a prominent notice or by sending you a direct
notification. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
